TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

To secure a booking you will be asked for the first nights stay as deposit.

 

In the event of cancellation:   Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before check in will incur a charge of the first nights stay.  Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

In the event of an early departure, or no show, the guest will be liable for 100% of the cost of their stay.

It is strongly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance.

 

Balance payments are due 2 weeks before arrival.  Guests will be sent an email with a secure link to pay the balance.

 

Prices quoted for self catering do not include a daily maid service.   

 

Deposits can be made directly by booking online, by credit or debit cards over the phone, direct transfer or PayPal.  

 

Check in time is after 3pm.  Guests are asked to vacate their cottage by 10.00 am on the day of departure.  Regrettably a late check out cannot usually be offered.  

 

Charging of vehicles from apartments is not permitted, and presents a fire risk.  Beaconsfield Farm's insurance does not cover the charging of electric cars.
 
Strictly no babies or children under 13. Children over 13 are welcome, but no family rooms are available.

 

Excessive cleaning will be charged for.

 

GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL AND OTHER EVENTS:  Balance payments will need to be paid 10 weeks before check in date.
